Launch Ceremony of the 2026 "Jianghuai Tour and Grassroots Engagement" News and Publicity Campaign of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the CNDCA and the Exchange Meeting with Central Media Outlets in Anhui Held at Hefei Debo
On July 29, the Launch Ceremony for the 2026 Anhui Provincial Committee of the CNDCA "Jianghuai Tour and Grassroots Engagement" campaign and the Exchange Meeting with Central Media Outlets in Anhui were successfully held at Hefei Debo Bioenergy Technology Co., Ltd. Xu Yaping, Vice Chairman of the CDNCA Anhui Provincial Committee, attended the event and delivered a keynote address. Leaders and journalists from central and provincial mainstream media organizations attended, including People's Daily (Anhui Branch), Science and Technology Daily (Anhui Reporter Station), CPPCC Daily (Anhui Reporter Station), Workers' Daily (Anhui Reporter Station), Farmers' Daily (Anhui Reporter Station), Xinhua News Agency (Anhui Branch), and Anhui Daily. Zhang Shoujun, Chairman of Hefei Debo, participated in the meeting, which was chaired by Xu Bin, Head of the Publicity Department of the CDNCA Provincial Committee.
During the exchange session, Department Head Xu Bin read aloud the Implementation Plan for the 2026 CDNCA Anhui Provincial Committee "News Media Jianghuai Tour & Grassroots Focus" Campaign, clarifying the annual media schedule, editorial focus, and key tasks. Subsequently, Zhang Shoujun, Chairman of Hefei Debo, delivered a thematic report detailing company operations, the research journey behind winning the Second Class National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2025 for the "Key Technologies and Equipment for Directional Thermochemical Biomass Conversion" project, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and medium-to-long-term strategic layouts. Supported by a collaborative industry-university- research platform, Debo has built an integrated full-value-chain model spanning agricultural and forestry solid waste collection and storage, high-end equipment R&D and manufacturing, and complete project operations, driving local "Dual Carbon" execution through core technology.
Xu Yaping officially announced the campaign launch. In his speech, he emphasized that the activity aims to implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping's important speeches during his inspection of Anhui, focusing on "New Quality Productive Forces" through in-depth reporting that highlights the innovative breakthroughs of CDNCA member enterprises in green energy and biotechnology. Reviewing the seventeen-year trajectory of the "Jianghuai Tour," Xu noted it has become a flagship media brand for CDNCA Anhui, enhancing organizational visibility and social impact through grassroots storytelling. To ensure success in 2026, Xu outlined three requirements:

He expressed confidence that, through joint efforts with central media stationed in Anhui and local CDNCA organizations, the campaign will yield fruitful results, amplifying CDNCAAnhui's voice and contributing wisdom toward Anhui's modernization.
Following the ceremony, media representatives visited the Yandian project site in Feixi County for field interviews. The press delegation inspected two major facilities: the Biomass Directional Thermochemical Conversion Charcoal-Gas Co-Production Project and the Biomass Directional Pyrolysis Hydrogen Production Pilot Project, reviewing production line operations in detail. Debo's initiatives to break foreign technology monopolies through independent innovation, promote global deployment of green energy equipment, and drive "Dual Carbon" targets through biomass waste utilization served as prime examples of leveraging technological innovation to support high-quality economic and social development in Anhui.
