High-level Officials from Anhui Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment Visit Debo's Project for Inspection

On the first working day of 2025, a delegation from Anhui Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, including First-Level Inspector and Deputy Director Luo Hong, Second-Level Inspector Ruan Min, and Director of Science & Technology and Finance Department Pan Fan, conducted a special field visit to Hefei Debo Bioenergy Technology Co., Ltd.'s biomass gasification-based cogeneration and hydrogen production base in Feixi County. The purpose of this visit was to conduct an in-depth assessment of Debo's achievements in comprehensive biomass utilization and its future development potential.

Mr. Zhang Shoujun, Chairman of Hefei Debo, extended a warm welcome to the officials and provided a detailed introduction to Debo's biomass gasification-based cogeneration and hydrogen production projects. From multiple dimensions—including equipment R&D, production process innovation, technological application versatility, and broad market prospects—Chairman Zhang comprehensively analyzed and reported on the industrialization potential of biomass gasification technology. He particularly emphasized that this technology not only enables the high-value utilization of agricultural and forestry waste but also significantly reduces air pollution and carbon emissions. Moreover, as a clean, renewable, and carbon-neutral fuel, biomass plays an immeasurably important role in promoting regional green development and ecological civilization construction.

Deputy Director Luo Hong spoke highly of the achievements and expressed full recognition. He emphasized that prohibiting the burning of agricultural and forestry waste is currently a core task in environmental protection work, and the high-value utilization of biomass provides a crucial solution to this challenge. "If farmers can generate substantial economic benefits from these waste materials," Luo noted, "the practice of straw burning will naturally decrease."

Luo particularly commended Debo Bioenergy's cogeneration model, stating that it not only contributes to carbon reduction goals but also lowers operational costs for enterprises, increases farmers' income, and generates government revenue - creating a true win-win scenario. He proposed vigorously promoting this model across energy-intensive enterprises and industrial parks throughout Anhui province, with active expansion to other regions nationwide.

Luo further emphasized that clean and renewable aviation and marine fuels represent a crucial development trend in future transportation, boasting extremely promising market prospects. "With growing societal focus on environmental protection and sustainable development," he noted, "biomass gasification green chemical technology has become an irreplaceable solution with increasingly significant importance." He encouraged Debo Bioenergy to seize this opportunity, accelerate technological R&D and industrialization, and achieve large-scale production of this technology in Anhui Province at the earliest possible date.

Luo expressed his expectation that Debo Bioenergy would achieve comprehensive promotion of biomass gasification technology in 2025, realizing quantum leap development for the company.
