It is necessary to adapt to stable reactions and continuous operation of multiple raw materials in the furnace, while also reducing the pre-treatment cost of biomass raw materials, especially granulation, carbonization and grinding, which greatly increases the cost of raw materials. After 16 years of exploration, Debo Energy has developed a new circulating fluidized bed gasification device, which has completed various experiments such as small-scale and pilot tests. There are large-scale industrial operation cases and more than 100 biomass raw material characteristic libraries have been established. These achievements not only verify the feasibility of the technology, but also lay a solid foundation for the large-scale biomass gasification to produce green methanol.
