Experts gather in Hefei to prepare two energy industry standards

On June 23rd, 2022, two energy industry standards preparation and review meetings led and undertaken by Hefei Debo bioenergy Technology Co., Ltd. were grandly held in China calligraphy building, Hefei, Anhui Province. The two standards, namely, technical conditions for biomass gasification polygeneration fixed bed gasifier and technical conditions for biomass gasification polygeneration fluidized bed gasifier, were approved by the national energy administration.

The meeting was held in the way of online and offline synchronization. Academicians chenwenfu and jiangjianchun of the Chinese Academy of Engineering came to the site for guidance; Dingzuquan, deputy director of the leading Party group of Anhui market supervision and Administration Bureau, zongfengyun, director of the science and Education Department of Anhui agriculture and rural affairs department, huangqunying, Deputy Secretary General of Hefei Municipal Party committee, Secretary of the Party committee of science and Technology Bureau, and Wang Luhang, director of the new Energy Department of Anhui energy bureau attended the on-site meeting and delivered speeches respectively; From Tsinghua University, China University of science and technology, Zhejiang University, Southeast University, Tianjin University, Huazhong University of science and technology, Institute of forest chemical industry, Chinese Academy of Forestry Sciences, Shenyang Agricultural University, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Energy Research Institute of the national development and Reform Commission, planning and Design Institute of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas, Hefei University of technology and other scientific research institutions, Huadian science and engineering group, Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd. of Dongfang Electric Group More than 60 experts and personnel from participating units attended the meeting, including Shaanxi coal New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., cecep Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd., Huadian Group Anhui Branch, cecep (Feixi) environmental protection energy Co., Ltd. and other central enterprises, as well as Anhui Debo ecological environment treatment Co., Ltd., Xinghua Rongbao Oil Co., Ltd., Anhui Lantian Energy Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and other private enterprises.

Debo company introduced the project initiation, outline preparation and work plan of the two standards in detail, and summarized the technical characteristics, promotion status and operation of more than 100 polygeneration projects jointly constructed with upstream and downstream units. Leaders and experts at the meeting said that the gasification polygeneration technology is decoupled and gasified according to the essential characteristics of biomass, a renewable resource. The generated gas is efficiently and cleanly burned to become green energy. The generated biochar is used as a carbon material or adsorbent for water or soil remediation, and can also be further processed into carbon based fertilizer to increase land fertility. At present, the technology has achieved large-scale commercial promotion and stable operation of many projects, It is time to set industry standards. This technology can play the dual role of biomass in the field of energy and materials, make full use of it according to the value cascade, and ensure the synchronous improvement of the ecological, social and economic benefits of the operating project. It is an important starting point to achieve the goal of "double carbon". The experts attended the meeting listened carefully to the reports of DELBO and other participating units, and carefully questioned and discussed the preparation of the standards, and put forward a number of pertinent opinions.

At the meeting, both deputy director dingzuquan and Deputy Secretary General huangqunying expressed the hope that Debo and other participating units would jointly lead the development of the industry, and promote the overall development of the biomass gasification industry by "industrial standardization and standard industrialization" with the help of the formulation of two industrial standards.
