At 10:00 a.m., the Expo opened. Vice governor Zhang Shuguang, deputy director of agriculture and Rural Affairs Department Yang Zengquan and director of Provincial Energy Bureau Feng Kejin delivered speeches respectively. Chairman Zhang Shoujun attended the opening ceremony and signed the contract.
